Laura Shallcrass is an award-winning author and illustrator whose first book, Hare and Ruru, was awarded the Russell Clark Award for Best Illustrated Book in 2021 at the NZ Book Awards for Children and Young Adults. Laura lives in Queenstown, New Zealand.
