About the Author

Dr Selina Tusitala Marsh is of Samoan, Tuvaluan, English and French descent. Author of three award-winning poetry collections, pubilshed in New Zealand and the UK, she is an associate professor at the University of Auckland, she performed for the Queen as Commonwealth Poet in 2016 and was New Zealand Poet Laureate, 2017-2018.
